We specialize in brands and pieces that are well-made, elevated, and versatile. We love a good deal as much as you, but please no fast fashion.

You may bring up to five (5) pre-loved items from your closet. The pieces must be gently worn, well-made, and ready for a new home.

We'll work with you to ship the accepted pieces to Pivot.

Pricing is determined by the condition of your item(s), original retail price, historical sales information, brand, and demand. 

After we price your items, we'll display them in-store and online.

Unless otherwise agreed, you'll receive 50% of the final selling price after your item is sold.

You can choose whether to receive: (1) cash paid via PayPal or Venmo; or (2) store credit, which you can use as currency to shop in Pivot. 

If you select store credit, we'll credit your account with $1 for every $1 your item sells.
